Quite possibly French, this piece has the feel and manufacturing style of France in the late 1800s. This is an outstanding enameled piece, pierced in places and wired through with lovely seed pearls. A small diamond is centered in the single blossom, and a locking, secure pin clasp has been added to this antique brooch.
