This deep, glowing blue gem feature is of the highest quality and is cut in a sophisticated Emerald Cut Style. The light within it flashes just slightly lighter, with amazing highlights and low lights of color. We’ve set this beautiful gem into a vintage Retro Era mounting that can be worn as an engagement piece, a cocktail ring, or even as an everyday ring. The mounting is platinum, and the diamonds set in the shoulders bring even more life and sparkle into this classic, contemporary ring.

The majority of the sapphires that we offer are from Sri Lanka and are considered Ceylon sapphires, including this one! These sapphires are known for their intensity of blue color, their internal sparkle, and they tend to be slightly on the lighter side. We travel to Sri Lanka where we purchase these stones right from the individuals who cut them! For every one hundred stones that we see, we purchase one of the stones that is for sale here!
